Payroll/Employee Maintenance - there is no dedicated field for "Middle Initial" - this makes it hard to write reports or split the middle initial out if you need to separate the first name, middle initial, last name etc.
Tax reports, employment reports etc use middle initial as an individual field, but MAS cannot accommodate this in any version, including v4.5, unless you create a custom field.

Further, California is requiring the middle initial on the DE9 report (quarterly tax report) and we have no way to accomplish this.
