Clients make deals with customers where some are charged for freight and some are not. Therefore it would be very useful to have a checkbox in customer maintenance as well as on Ship To section to specify if freight is charged or not. This will prevent errors where customers that have a special deal will not be charged for freight. Very useful for clients that deal with big corporations that hit vendors for chargebacks on errors on invoices.

  • This can be done if you have Starship (hopefully new shipping software will be able to aswell). However, standard MAS90 should also be capable of doing this

  • We use pop up windows for freight information, special deals or instructions, etc. This reduces errors because customer service no longer has to remember everything.

  • We also have clients that use the Customer memo pop-up feature to reduce mistakes when dealing with Customers.

  • I would like to see this on each SHIP TO location.

  • Where is the Customer memo Pop-up feature? I would like to have a tab where we can put notes about past experience with a customer.
