Everytime I go to print I have to make sure it's not on emailing (which is used alot to email acknowledgements for SO). If forgotten our customers are getting additional emails and getting confused.

Set up a form which will be only be used for e-mailing. Call it something like "email". This will retain the settings for sending the report via e-mail so you don't have to worry (as much).
