  • This sounds more like something specifically for your company than for MAS as a whole. I know plenty of companies who allow reps to modify item descriptions on the sales order if they do not have access to item maintenance. This allows them to add additional notes, etc. Why is this a problem for you?

  • I agree with Dawn A., we occasionally (not often but it does happen) need to modify a description and I don't WANT to have rights to item maintenance!

  • This would make a good option. It is to bad it can't be done in custom office.
