I am shocked that this issue is not a HUGE issue for many other MAS90/200 users out there. Here is the issue...
When a sales order is partially shipped or if a user manually changes the order type to “backorder” type, the simple MAS90 functions of quantity of hand checking, picking sheet printing and invoicing do not work as they should. For example, in order to invoice or “ship” a line with backordered quantities, you must leave the items on backorder and it will allow them to be invoiced. If the BO quantity is changed to zero, the picking sheet does not print and the line is unable to be invoiced. This makes zero sense. The most simple solution to fixing this issue is to not allow sales orders to go to the “backorder” type status. This could simply be an option in SO options.
Please vote on this to have it changed.
