Have custom frames anchored. Currently, when you create a Frame in Customizer
when the user resizes the screen the frame moves. The frames need to be anchored
so they don’t move.

• Agreed, any frames that are less than full size all open in the same location. I move them into useful locations and they remain there as long as I keep mas90 open. When I close mas90 and re-open, the chosen locations are gone, and they are all stacked together again.
