it would be great if paperless office would combine all invoices for each customer into a single email. So they don't need to open each email to print attachment. Some customers process 200 to 300 per day.

Very important. We have many customers that receive multiple invoices each day, they would be much happier with one email per day containing all invoices. Should consider the one attachment per invoice or one attachment per email.
This will be available in the 2026 Release, scheduled for April 2026.
Multiple forms will be consolidated into one email for a specific customer or vendor and a specific form. For example, if 10 invoices have been entered for a customer, only one email with all 10 invoices will be sent instead of 10 individual emails. If sales orders have been entered for the same customer, a separate email will be sent for all orders. Separate emails are sent for each different form type.
An option will be added to Paperless Office Options to zip multiple forms into a single attachment on consolidated emails. In addition, delivery of consolidated emails can be scheduled using Task Scheduler.
