Allow items to be allowed/disallowed for customers in an entire price level group. This would allow a quick way to control items for specific customer tiers

• Goal is to have the features of Sales Order Price control linked directly to Price Level or individual customer's price schedule so don't have to duplicate the work of adding those items into Price control.
