Prior to version 4.10 when distributing a serialized item in RMA Receipt entry there was a button called LIST. Clicking that button would recall the serial numbers issued on the original invoice so if you had 100 serial distributions they would all come in to the RMA entry screen automatically.
With the version 4.10 re-write of RMA that functionality was removed so the user is forced to manually distribute serial numbers one-at-a-time. A task that once took a single click of the mouse can now involve long periods of data entry to re-create.
According to Sage: "It's not possible to do the lookup on AR Invoice History Lot Serial Table. The file doesn't have the item code therefore it cannot link the lot/serial number to the item. A defect was previously submitted and a determination was made that it is working as designed because the Item Code field does not currently exist in the AR_InvoiceHistoryLotSerial file. Another defect would be immediately rejected with the same result. Even though it is to restore lost functionality the only available option is for a user to submit the request on the enhancement website with a note that it is to restore lost functionality."

When issuing an RMA for a found defect, or an entire invoice, the way to pull all serial numbers on that invoice, (or a range) into the RMA was used on previous versions.
In the current version the only way to issue a return for all units on an invoice is to select or input them one by one, so what took 2-3 min to generate a return for 100+ boards, now has becomes about an hour or more of clicking or copying and pasting.
