When Unified Login is enabled, there is not way to login as the administrator.

Allow login as 'administrator' when Unified Login is enabled without having to un-enable Unified Login!

Alternatively, allow a security option to by-pass unified login and login as a user. This would help in support situations when we need to run utilities or get access to other menus without having to track down a workstation that has the menu options needed to resolve the problem.
