When doing a "look up" in sales order line item entry for specific Alias item, zero is always the answer when using a partial lookup. Even when the item is clearly in the Alias list. This problem carried over from 4.4.

  • Sounds like the issue I reported to Sage on 5/18/2012, reference defect 99829. My case still shows as fix pending, high priority... Can't be that high a priority if it's still not fixed two years later.
