the need to be a supervisor box add to mas to approve the back order, say an the is an order for 10 widgets, the shipper only ships 6, accepts the order, a box comes up prompting for back order, the user can back order the product, great, the needs to be a prompt for a supervisor to accept the back order, since the shipping manager has a better idea what is cumming out of production it would allow them to fix the order before it left the building and created a needless back order, then there is the other case where a disgruntle employee scans only 2 items out of a ten items and back orders the rest, these are some of the reasons there should be a supervisor over ride box since this is really the last chance to catch a problem before it goes to the customer, thanks to all and please vote for change, Tj
