For any module, there are sometimes needs to print documents in differing formats. For example, an AR Invoice used domestically doesn't requre all of the additional fields needed for a Commercial Invoice being submitted for an international customer. Or an RMA Credit Memo issued through AR may have differing header/line detail needs than a generic invoice document template. I have found that you can select a different document template to print to hard-copy or to preview. But the Paperless Office doesn't allow you to retain the alternate document template. Additionally, the isn't the ability to print Invoice document templates differently than Credit Memo document template. I'm requesting that at the very least an option be available on the Print dialogue box to retain the document format selected, whichever one is selected at the point of printing, with the Paperless Office document retained. Additionally, I'm requesting that the Invoice option (and there may be others) have an option to print Credit Memos differently than Invoices by using differing templates (through Paperless Office Options).
