A user without the "Allow viewing, printing and editing of Highly Sensitive..." role should not be allowed to update the direct deposit register. When this happens you cannot create an ACH file to upload to the bank.

When this happens you have to reverse all the direct deposits and start over. Not a simple task with a large payroll.

  • This is a serious issue. Why is the user even allowed to run the task if it won't work properly?

  • We have used MAS90-Sage100 for 23 years. This is the first time we have had a software update SCRAMBLE payroll (direct deposit to be specific). We have lost 2 days repairing an issue that should NEVER have been. IF the engineers, designers and testers at SAGE would have done their job, we would not have had this issue.

    Will SAGE discount my renewal as a reimbursement for the thousands of dollars this cost my company???
