I have several entries per day per employee. They use vacation/sick/psl/regular/ot and other earnings codes on the same day occasionally. Currently, I have to keep a note pad at my computer to keep track of the individuals hours for each code. I need a daily /weekly recap of time and earnings code
( previously called the hours recap window in SAGE 100 payroll)
Please change payroll data entry report to summarize the earnings codes by individual ( as it did in previous versions) rather than by all employees. In the 2018 version, I have to run the earnings report after payroll data entry report and payroll calculations has been completed in order to see the totals. If I need to make corrections, I have to renter in payroll data entry, rerun payroll tax calculations and earnings code to make sure the data is correct. Too many steps.
