When we send a sales order, we need to include a pdf of terms and conditions. I can add a memo to existing customers to pop up on all new sales orders, but if we create a new customer, we need to remember to add that memo.

At the moment, the memo is attached to the customer number so cannot pop up for a customer that doesn't exist yet.
