Sage 100: Using the new eInvoicing feature, we are told paperless has to be turned off or the customer will get 2 invoices. This creates a lot of work within Sage to shut off paperless. Ideas?

The new eInvoicing is a great feature, using a/r or s/o. Shutting off paperless seems counter productive.

With Paperless Office turned on the eInvoice email will have the original invoice pdf attached. In order for the customer to not receive the invoice twice they would need to turn off just the email portion of Paperless Office in Customer Maintenance. Paperless Office Delivery Options, PDF Delivery Options, uncheck E-mail.
