When creating templates in production management the buttons that will take you to next step should only work on the steps and not the template number and step. This will prevent someone from changing a template that they do not wish to modify. Another way is to have a separate sets of VCR buttons that will allow you to move from one step to another within one template number.

Futhermore ,can one move the template creation to the main menu so we can give users easy access to Template maintenance without having them see what is in set up section of production maintenance.
