Business Insights is pretty limited at this point. Some role based dashboards would really help modernize the system. For example for 'Customer Service' you could have a dashboard showing open orders, expired quotes, Late Orders, Overdue AR KPI's, sales trend by month, etc. all with drill down capabilities. 'Shipping' could have KPI's of orders that have a picking sheet printed but not an invoice, shipped orders in a batch, etc.

These dashboards could be the hub for which a user works.
