This issue was addressed in version 2023 if Payroll is integrated with Production Management. The Payroll Register uses the Payroll Department Maintenance G/L accounts for the 'Department Worked In' instead of the employee department.
Requesting this same functionality for PM Labor Entry when Payroll is NOT integrated. The program would use the G/L Accounts from PM Department Maintenance for the 'Department Worked In' during in the Labor Entry Register update.
