Currently in Work Ticket Entry, you have the choice of "Made For" which has a selection for Sales Order number. However, when printing the Work Ticket, the Sales Order number and Customer Number are NOT included. We can't add them manually using crystal because those fields are NOT part of the WRK file. Can we either add the fields to the file so we can manually add them to the Crystal Report or have them Default those fields on the report when printing.

We transitioned from BOM to WT, when we did BOM we built to order for some items which required SO # to indicate which orders could be released to the floor to ship after completion. This same theory needs to be on WT for manual entries. We have gone to a scanning solution which helps but it would be ideal for the SO # to be present for label printing purposes for such build to order items.
