When receiving an invoice, instead of having to enter the lot number on each line item, have the option to set the same lot for the entire receipt. Save the time and possible mistakes of keying in multiple line items with the same lot number.

I could see this as useful when the company that receives items needs to determine the lot number, or if during receipt of goods the lot number is formatted as the date received (ie 20260428 for example)
