You should add the help agent button as an option to each module layout where it's main focus is on so the user can ask specifics related to what they are looking at similar to the (?) at the bottom but rather than open a web portal, it will either open a new agent portal or a new modal from within the window. For example, I want to create a custom Visual Process Flow for Purchases: Entry and Receipts. I open the layout and select the Sage Help Agent icon. A new modal open and asks how can I help. I tell it my process and I need it to tell me step by step what to do to accomplish this for my companies specific needs.
