We have a Visual Integrator (VI) process to place Vendors on hold and add a memo to their Sage record. Because vendors are primarily managed in our CRM, often there will not be a corresponding vendor record in Sage (they haven't generated a payout) so including a "memo" actually ADDs a BLANK vendor record (except for the memo).

VI: Import Job Maintenance has an option check box to "Skip Over Existing Record". I'm asking for a "Skip over NON-Matching IMPORT Records" so that unless a SAGE record MATCHING the import is found, the IMPORT record is not processed.

-------------
Background:

We routinely place vendors on hold and add a memo, for example, tax form compliance -- there can be up to twenty (or more) updates per day. Because this process "touches" two separate Sage files, two chained VI import jobs are executed on the same IMPORT file. The first VI job places the Vendor on hold, but returns "not found" errors (expected as some of the records are NOT there). Then the chained VI job reads the same file to create the memos, which ignores the fact that the vendor doesn't exist and simply adds a BLANK vendor (with the memo) -- no error message is generated -- which is operationally odd to see one job WITH errors and its follow up job WITH NO errors
