I really have the need to be able to import "record payments by credit card ". This should include the ability to charge to a job if necessary.

  • I import my credit cards via a csv file. I charge jobs and overhead alike. HOwever, the transactions are imported as AP invoices and then I use report payments by credit card to and verify statement balance to finalize credit cards statements. It eliminates a lot of manual data entry

  • I need this. We already upload the invoices to AP, but it is a labor-intensive process to then add the invoices to "record payments by credit card" when you have 50 or more vendors each month with several invoices for each vendor.
