So far in just June we have added 100 jobs to Sage. Each job has at minimum 5 pay rates. That means I have thousands of pay rates in the Pay Rate Table. Each time the prevailing wage rates change I have to update the table. It would make my life much easier if on the blank line when I start typing in a job number instead of a pop up that says each line must be unique I was taken to that line item. Right now I have to scroll through all of the projects with their 5 rates each to find a job to update the rates. It takes forever.

Having the blank line act as a search would make updating the rates go faster. Or adding a search bar that scrolls to the job after I type it in.

(If you add this to the other suggestion of making a pay rate inactive in the rate table updating rates would go so much faster.)
