Lots of our clients use Gmail.
Since 1/5, Google requires us to use OAuth to let the apps and devices access the account, as shown below.

At present, Sage 300 supports both "Basic Authentication SMTP" and "Microsoft Graph".

The client’s email domain is hosted in Gmail and it cannot be changed to M365, while her internal SMPT server does not work since Gmail’s OAuth is effective.

Please check with your technical colleague to see if the support of Gmail’s OAuth can be added soonest.
