Dear Sage 300 Development Team, We would like to report a critical security issue with Sage 300 Cloud. We observed that when a user’s access rights are restricted on the Classic screen—for example, the ability to delete transactions—the same restriction does not apply on the Web screen. The user can still perform the restricted action via the Web interface. This is a serious concern for a strategic customer with approximately $30,000 in recurring annual revenue. Please investigate and advise on how this can be resolved so that access restrictions configured in the Classic screen are automatically enforced on the Web screen as well. We would appreciate your urgent attention and an update on the proposed resolution. Thank you.
