Somehow negative materials costs get into the system and cause the Commit Shipment to be stopped. System should not have negative costs. Negative costs should not stop the Commit Shipment.

• Related - WO mtl issue, Inventory adjustment, etc., now stop and roll-back if a negative cost is encountered (v7.3). Add the problem itemID to the error message so we don't have to go query the tcierrorlog to figure it out.

• This should be way easier. I just had to trace this to find the problem and it turns out all of the error information displays in the trace so please pass it along to the report. I spent quite a bit of time examining the trace to find the error. Turns out it was a cost tier with a value per item of .000534. Once we zero'd it out we could complete the update. This was in commmit shipments.
