Within MAS500 you can either load the data when first entering your BIE or BIA. You can also click on the refresh icon on the top of the screen.

I have a customer which likes the BIE and BIE functionality, but the dashboard we built, which will be displayed on a 50 inch monitor in a room with about 20 peoply constantly looking at to see if they are assigned to a partular order. Once they see thay are assigned they open the order, and it now displays on the BIE that it is now being worked on.

However, we heve to have someone constantly refreshing the data view. If we had a refresh rate, which was configurable, that would be great.
