Current functionality is that when a step is flagged for back flushing, the next labor step triggers the back flush. Our manufacturing department would like the ability to specify which labor step (regardless of where it sits in the routing) will trigger the back flushing.

The order of steps in our routings isn't always conducive to use back flushing because the next labor step is not where we will (for example) consume the materials issued in earlier steps.
