When a user is given the ability to Enter Credit Cards information and process any kind of Credit Card transaction, the Terms should be visible so that the user can determine whether or not the transaction should be process via a Credit Card.

Currently this information is available in Sales Order Entry.

Terms should be visible in:
1) Edit Shipments
2) Process Sales Order

And anywhere else that a Credit Card transaction can be made.
