Esales force requires Internet Exporer to function properly - does not function with Safari (Mac, IPad) or alternative Windows browsers (Firefox, Chrome). Limits ability to depoloy to multiple sales staff who may be using other browers/machines.

  • They doin away with it arn't they?

  • I believe Charles is correct and eSalesForce is going to be retired. eSalesForce and eCustomer are based on old school ASP/HTML with underlying COM+ components.. So if Sage was going to continue to use them, these applications would need to be rewritten using current technologies and techiques so they could run on multiple browsers and platforms. This is something I don't believe Sage is willing to invest the time and money to do.
