MAS200 users have an advantage over 500 users due to the way history screens are populated. These are like "preview windows" which load very quickly but you can "drill into" the transactions (Sales order, Customers or whatever) just by double clicking. Explorers are nice if we have time to just click through but they waste valuable time when you have a customer on the phone.
1. Create meaningful fast previews (make them customizable) but require the key to remain, this could be the Sales order number, shipment number or invoice.
2. Get rid of the left click on the previews. A double click should open the “Keys” module and its record. (If I double click on a line that shows sales order 99873 it should open the record in Sales order.
3. Carry this into PO & inventory items.
