In Generate Shipments screen, add a box for ShipDate that defaults to Bus Date but can be overridden. In Create Picks Options, if Generate Shipments is checked, have the same box. Users often want to create the shipments the day before, or have processes where they are notified of shipments after the fact. Changing all dates in Edit Shipments isn't reasonable. Changing Business Date back and forth can cause other issues.
