Currently once a budget is loaded for a year DIM will not allow the budget to be re-imported or overwritten. Budget changes are common & manually updating the budget account by account is time consuming, tedious and prone to error. Adding a processing option on DIM to allow the user to either overwrite duplicate records or not overwrite duplicate records would give the user control.
