Currently the Data Range Utility requires the customer to call support to have them set up and generate their SDK data ranges. This utility should be redesigned to use a web service that would do the original generation of SDK ranges if they do not exists, or retrieve them if they do exist. From this point the SDK Data Range Utility would work as it normally would. The benefit to this redesign is Support does not have to manually manage the data ranges anymore, the customer does not have to call support or remember to write down and store somewhere their data ranges.
