Add the ability to include comments on business forms that are printed multiple times.

For example, if 3 copies of a Bill of Lading are printed, add the ability to display "Customer Copy" on one, "Shop Copy" on another, and possibly "Driver Copy" on a third. (The comment text should be customizable per business form.)
