We have no place to enter customs broker information for our international orders/customers. To ship anything into Canada you are required to have a customs broker. You need to have their contact information (name, address, phone, etc) all in the documentation that goes with the shipment.
You should be able to attach this information to a customer account or sales order.

This is easy to do in the system. Ask your reseller how to print a memo on a Canadian order. Very easy to do.
