Hot Key functionality should be added to the context menus in MAS 500 to quickly launch tasks without having to drill into the context menu itself. For example to open Maintain Customer from the Enter Sales Order entry screen takes 3 mouse clicks. Having a hot key associated to that menu option (i.e. CTRL-SHIFT-C) would reduce the time and effort it would take to open this task.

3 mouse clicks doesn't seem like a lot, but if this task has to be opened multiple times during the day in this method, the mouse clicks addup over time. Having hot keys will reduce this and increase productivity.
