Currently Process Order cannot be used if the quantity on hand for an item is negative. For customers that have "Counter Sale" type needs, Process Order needs to be used regardless of the state of inventory. Without the use of Process Order, users must manually complete all Sales Order steps for simple, walk-in orders. This is very time consuming.
