The icon in 7.2 and higher for generating a new transaction #, such as a new sales order # or RMA #, is very difficult to read. It looks like someone was going for an "artsy, soft" look, but it is so soft, that it is honest to goodness very difficult to even tell what the icon is trying to portray, from a normal viewing distance. If you get your nose right up to the monitor, then you can tell that there is a # sign on the icon.
The icon on 6.3 was by contrast extremely easy to read from a great distance away. Someone tried to make a stylistic improvement and sacrificed the pratical need to actually be able to tell what the heck the icon is. Everyone at my place of work agrees that this was not an improvement to your product, but a detriment, making it more difficult to use. Please consider going back to the practical, easy to read icon from 6.3. Thanks for considering this request.

I agree, to me it always looks greyed out and it looks like its not really an available option.
