There are a ton of steps that you have to go through to get a pick list to print. Please create a process that runs when a Sales Order is entered into the system. The function would create a pick list, generate a pick list report, and automatically print it the printer for the warehouse that the order was created at.
This would eleminate the need to manually process the order and also process web orders as they are received.

Forgot to mention that this process also creates the shipment. When the order is entered, it creates a pick list, generates a shipment, and prints the necessary documentation.
