Currently, the Project Accounting module does not have the ability to create a negative line amounts when producing an estimate. The ability is allowed in the construction related products in the Sage arena such as the Timberline product. This feature is used quite often in the built to order and construction industries as customers typically make changes of the orginal estimate via negative estimate lines from the orginal estimate.
