Whether it be the Sales Order Lines report, the Shipment Lines report, or the Invoice Lines report, at least one of these reports should include both the customer's primary address and the ShipTo address. Or better yet, include both addresses on all of these reports. May as well include contact info for both also, such as phone and fax. I'm sure that would be useful at some point.
Example: User wants to see all customers, and their addresses, who have purchased a certain product this year so they can use Office to do a Mail Merge and send out letters to all of these customers. In most instances the BillTo address is the address wanted for this purpose, but in some cases it is actually the ShipTo address that is needed. All of these reports provide either the primary address (BillTo) or the ShipTo address, but no report provides both. This makes it pretty difficult for the user to come up with the desired spreadsheet.
I have seen other scenarios in which end users are frustrated because the reports showing customer transactions don't include the detail they need to see. This could be rectified by including both the BillTo and the ShipTo address, as well as contact info, on all BI reports that deal with customer transactions.
