Several of our departments do not use the reports that are generated automatically when a batch is posted. For instance, during receiving, we do not have a need for any reports to be executed on a ROG batch. It actually slows the process for us...
It would be nice to have the option on whether or not we want to run reports on specific batch processing procedures. What we are doing now to get around it is we set up a "fake" printer on our network and print to this printer when we don't need the reports as the printer is set up to automatically delete any print job that comes in and it does hold up the process.

We also do not use the processed payment records. these papers are tossed in the recycling bin everyday and some days there are 50 or more. If we had the option to print on screen and if need be, we could then print, if not we could close it and not have to print the report. For example, it would be the option to process and print on screen.
