Add the ability for SMI to report on account reference codes and reference groups

At present SMI does not have the ability to report off of account reference groups or reference codes in the Financial Reports. These fields do not exist in the list of available columns in Financial Reports Container. Reporting off of account reference codes and groups are a key feature in FRx that should be passed on to SMI
