When the comments are entered on any screen (PO, SO etc.) there is no option to insert a comment line in the middle of the comment lines. The only option available is to enter comment at the end of the line. It is very tedious to insert a new comment line before existing comment as there is a lot of copy & paste involved to move the comments up/down to make the space for new comment line.
