Currently, Locked Bins that are on the Preferred Bin list will not appear on outgoing transactions, i.e. Pick Lists. The Locked Bin will be bypassed and the system will display the next unlocked bin, according to the Preferred Bin List.

However, when a bin is "Locked for Put Away" (compared to "Locked for Picking"), the Preferred Bin order is ignored completely, and always displays the Bin #1, with the requisite warning.

This should bypass Bin #1 and go directly to the next unlocked bin, yet allowing the option to manually enter Bin #1 (with displayed warning). This is applicable on incoming transactions, such as Receipt of Goods or IM Purchase.
