Saves so much time. I have a saved comment "These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited" I choose this comment on the last line of the sales order so it will print at the bottom when you print the sales order...this line is required for a commercial invoice. We also added incoterms you can choose in the payment field and these show up on the "Commercial Invoice" as well. I assume these can be set up under FOB selections as well. This has saved me more time and frustration that I can say.
